Terms and Conditions of use of the TSR Centre

  1. If you are unsure whether you already have an agreement with QNet to use this system you should consult your IT manager or contact QNet directly.

  2. Only the designated Service Request Co-ordinators (SRCs) within your organisation are authorised to use this system.

  3. The issuing of usernames and passwords is done solely at the discretion of QNet - it is your responsibility to keep them safe and not divulge them to anybody else inside or outside of your organisation.

  4. This system should not be used as a means of correspondence with QNet other than to issue requests for technical support and other IT services.

  5. Any false requests or deliberate misuse of this system will result in charges being issued to your organisation.
