Help for new users
- This site is intended for use by registered Technical Support Service clients of QNet Computer Services.
- To use the system simply log-on using the username and password already assigned to you.
- Once logged on you can
- Issue requests for technical support and other work or services
- Check the status of existing technical support requests
- Find out which jobs have been completed and details regarding invoicing (if applicable) - Once you have finished you should log-off to ensure that nobody else uses the system from your PC.
