QRMS is a resource management system that is accessed via your web browser. It provides a clear, easy to understand interface to allow you to manage your resources online.

It is designed primarily for applications where resources are allocated or booked out on a daily basis. The system was designed with ease of use and flexibility in mind, and is fully configurable allowing it to be adapted to your own specific requirements.

The system is ideal for hotels and guest-houses, and any organisation where resources are booked out or allocated on a daily basis.

Resources can be enabled or disabled for allocation at the click of the mouse, and resource allocation is just as easy. Bookings can be viewed as weekly, monthly or four-weekly timesheets, with clear colour-coding throughout. "Tool-tip" text appears when the mouse pointer is hovered to enable most information to be viewed without even clicking the mouse.

The system can be set to allow "tentative" bookings to be made (i.e. those requiring later confirmation by an authorised person), and email confirmations can be sent to both client and provider when a booking or resource allocation is made.

Each user can be allocated different levels of administrative permissions, allowing them to only carry out the tasks on the system that they are authorised to do.

A simple pricing/rate card structure for each resource is included in the package, and all manner of special offers or reduced rates can be provided by means of an integrated e-voucher system.

The system comes complete with a "blind booking" portal that can be used by your clients to book or provisionally allocate resources without having full access to the system.

The package is fully self-contained, and can be integrated seamlessly into you existing web site or intranet if necessary. The actual booking engine resides on our servers so it is always fully maintained and up to date with the very latest version.
