Terms and Conditions of use

  1. You must keep up to date with your licence subsciption payments in order to use the system.

  2. You should keep your ClientID and any RegIDs safe to avoid them being misused.

  3. You may not copy the PCDcalc software onto any other machines other than those for which you have purchased a licence.

  4. You may not disassemble, modify, copy or reuse the PCDcalc software for any other purpose except those expressly permitted by the PCDcalc licence.

  5. You accept that the distance calculations made by PCDcalc are totally dependent on the accuracy of the data provided by third-parties, and as such QNet will not accept any responsibility for any damages or loss of any kind as a result, direct or consequential, of using the PCDcalc system.

  6. Any deliberate misuse or abuse of the PCDcalc system will result in an immediate suspension of licence without refund, and possible legal action taken against you.
